Faculty Positions Open at Institute of Transpersonal Psychology

FULLTIME CORE FACULTY OPEN POSITIONS
PSY.D. IN CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGY

The Institute of Transpersonal Psychology invites applications for two core faculty positions in our spiritually-oriented Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology program, which is currently seeking APA accreditation.

In the first role, eligible candidates will have previous experience in obtaining APA accreditation or other integral involvement in the APA accreditation process, hold a Psy.D. or Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from an APA accredited program, be licensed or license-eligible in California, be qualified to teach and supervise clinical students, and possess appropriate research skills and experience. Transpersonal psychology and/or spiritually-oriented background, interest, and/or publications required. Experiential teaching experience preferred. This position is contingent upon availability of funds.

In the second role, eligible candidates will hold a Psy.D. or Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, be licensed or license-eligible in California, be qualified to teach and supervise clinical students, and possess appropriate research skills and experience. This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate who is interested in integrating spirituality and clinical psychology in teaching, research, and practice. Experiential teaching experience preferred.

Founded in 1975, ITP is a regionally accredited (WASC), non-sectarian private graduate institute with an outstanding faculty in teaching, research activities, publications, and leadership in the transpersonal field. ITP offers MAs and PhDs in Clinical and Transpersonal Psychology in on-campus and distance learning programs with more than 500 students.
