
Mary Beth Augustine
Saybrook University Faculty Mary Beth Augustine spoke on April 16 and 17th at the Wisconsin Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics’ 2015 annual meeting. She presented the opening session on “Introduction to Integrative and Functional Nutrition: Standards of Practice and Professional Performance,” and the closing session on the “Science, Art & Practice of Dietary Supplements.”
While there she also hosted an exhibit booth to inform attendees about Saybrook’s commitment to the scholar-practitioner model, transformative education, and transformative social change.
Mary Beth Augustine, RDN, CDN, FAND, Director of Saybrook’s new Master’s degree program in Integrative and Functional Nutrition, is a cancer survivor and life-thriver who integrates the knowledge of science with the wisdom of nature in her passionate pursuit of improving the health of people, food, and land.
