I have developed and taught multiple courses in the health and wellness field (both in traditional settings and online) including Exercise Physiology, Exercise Testing and Exercise Prescription, Social Determinants of Health, Health Psychology, Theories and Techniques of Health-Related Behavior Change, Sport Psychology, Psychology of Coaching, Group Exercise Leadership, Health and Wellness, The Wellness Profession, Community Health, Nutrition, Changes Across the Lifespan, Foundations of Lifestyle Medicine, Ethics in Healthcare, and First Year Seminars. Most of my teaching has been with the University of Wisconsin - River Falls, the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point, and the UW Extended Campus, and more recently, Saybrook University. I also serve as a facilitator for the National Wellness Institute's Worksite Wellness Specialist Certificate Program.
