Her singular point of view inspired her to create “The Waterline of Human Life at Work,” an original illustration exploring her assessment of the complex internal variables that influence larger business outputs. Thanks to her training at Saybrook, which combined theories of leadership and organizational development with those of humanistic psychology, she is making a unique difference.
